The Ultimate Experience
For the couple
and up to 25 guests.

Legals Only Ceremony
$525 inc GST
Just the two of you, and up to 12 of your nearest and dearest will attend our Registry Style Office, for a short and sweet wedding ceremony. You’ll exchange legal vows, and have the option of exchanging personal vows and rings, if you wish.
You will have exclusive use of our airconditioned venue for 30 minutes, that will have been pre-styled for you.
Option to book a photography or content creator package if you wish.
Legal Services provided include:
Our Principal Celebrant will complete your NOIM for you, we don’t ask you to do that yourselves. You’ll have a face to face meeting with our principal Celebrant, no less than 1-month prior to your wedding day, where your NOIM will be witnessed and accepted in person.
Lodgement of all legal paperwork to “Births, Deaths and Marriages WA” and provision of a ‘change your name’ checklist to help you on your way to changing your name if you wish.
Within 72 hours of your wedding ceremony, we will submit all of your documents for registration via the Marriage Celebrants online portal.
You will then able to apply to the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages for your Certified Marriage Certificate. This will allow the marriage registration process to be completed.
The Certified Certificate fee is $58 (AUD) and payable to BDM WA There is an option to pay a priority service fee of $44 (AUD) to BDM WA for the processing of a certificate in priority to other applicants (this is in addition to the certificate fee)
This service is the minimum requirement for couples wanting to register their marriage in Australia. This service does not include the added-extra’s, you’ll need to book the “The Minimony or Ultimate Experience” packages for those.

Everything the Legals Only Ceremony offers… PLUS the opportunity to bring up 25 guests.
Personal vows are welcomed and we’ll print keepsake vow cards for you to take home. You will have exclusive use of our pre-styled airconditioned venue for 1 hour.
If choice of venue styling is important to you, you may want to consider upgrading to our ‘Ultimate Package’
You’ll have 5 x Instax snaps to take home and the option to BYO bottle of bubbles for a celebratory toast - glassware provided.
This package also allows you the option to book a photography package or content creator package.

Photo opportunities on location, and down at Lake Monger, literally a two-minute stroll from HOV to the lake.
Add on a photography package, content creator package, a bouquet, buttonhole or corsage, and perhaps a Graze Box for you and your guests to share, for the ultimate experience! Our Principal Celebrant will complete your NOIM for you, we don’t ask you to do that yourselves. You’ll have a face to face meeting with our Principal Celebrant, no less than 1-month prior to your wedding day, where your NOIM will be witnessed and accepted in person.
Your marriage documents will be uploaded to “Births, Deaths and Marriages WA” portal within days of your marriage, and we’ll send you a ‘change of name checklist’ to help you on your way!
The Celebrant who marries you, will have met you before your big day, no meeting your Celebrant for the first time on the day!
A beautiful ceremony, with the traditional “I do” moment, before sharing legal vows, and the option to include personal vows and ring exchange, before pronouncing you as married!
There is confetti as you take to the aisle for congratulations, and plenty of time to mingle and enjoy a toast with your guests.
BYO bottles of bubbles or other beverages to share with your guests during your 2 hour booking. Weather permitting you’ll have access to our champagne courtyard and bar furniture.
We’ll snap 10 x Instax photos for you to take home from your special day.
Your ceremony will take place in our gorgeous airconditioned West Leederville office, just a stones through from the beautiful Lake Monger, and you have the venue exclusively for your 2-hour booking.
If the finer detail is important to you, then this is the package for you… Your choice of venue styling, choose either our ‘brights’ or ‘natural’ floral arrangements, seating plan, room orientation - we let you decide.
Create a Spotify playlist, and send us the link so we can play that for you, as you ‘walk the aisle’, sign the documents at the signing table, and raise a cheer!
Order a cake, and have it delivered, or bring on the day, and we’ll have that ready to serve for you and your guests too.
